Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been having lumps on my penis for a few months and they are not itchy.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have seen the pictures attached (attachments have been removed to prevent identity). The skin of the shaft of the penis has extremely few pimples. What are your symptoms? You stated that it had been there for a few months. Is there a difference in the quantity or look of bumps in the last few months? Is it gone and then reappearing? It looks to be an allergic reaction. Is there a history of sexual intercourse? If you are sexually active, is there any connection between its eruption and a condom? Do you have any ointment on? Please respond to the questions above, so that I can advise you further.

Thank you

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have not seen many more emerge. I have not used a condom in years, so it is unlikely that I am applying anything because I have no idea what to put on. Neither did they appear or disappear, they have remained as it is.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I believe it is an allergic reaction.

I was hoping to uncover an etiology for the eruption by asking questions, but I have no idea what is causing it. Do not worry, as it is confined to a definite area it will not spread to other nearby regions, which should put your mind at ease. I would recommend you use 1 % Hydrocortisone ointment twice a day for five days and then monitor the results. If it goes away, it is an allergic reaction, and if there is no response, you should see your local doctor in person for advice. If you experience any adverse effects after using the ointment, please stop using it. Please contact us again if you have any other questions regarding it. I would like to follow up with you in five days to see how you responded to the prescribed medicine.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
