Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My partner rubbed his penis on my vagina, and we were not sure whether there was a precum. I was scared and had unwanted 72 tablets within 50 hours. I had my periods for a few days later for four days. Two weeks after my periods, there was bleeding again for two days. I had no periods after that. I am suffering from PCOD, but I manage to get my periods every month using home remedies. But this time, I have got my period till now. I have not got my periods after that. I am worried if there is any chance of getting pregnant. Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for writing, and I understand your concern.

There are no chances of pregnancy because you have taken the pills, and secondly, you have periods after that. It means there is no pregnancy at all; once bleeding occurs, then pregnancy can not be there. The periods are delayed due to the use of the emergency pill because it contains hormones that delay the periods. You will get your period in one to two weeks.

I hope this information will help you. Please revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.
