Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My anus hurts badly. I can no longer wipe it, sit down or even lay down without pain. I think I have an anal fissure. I need something fast to somehow stop the pain. It is driving me insane, and I am scared. I cannot go to work or do anything.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Yes, it is anal fissure. It occurs due to hard stool and constipation.

My advice.

  1. Add salad, curd, and a fibrous diet.
  2. Plenty of liquid.
  3. Add citrus fruits.
  4. Treatment includes

    1. Liquid Cremaffin Pink (Milk of Magnesia and liquid Paraffin), three teaspoons full after shaking the bottle at night as per requirement, or may continue for five to seven days.
    2. Apply Xylocaine gel locally five minutes before passing stool with your finger, not by the tube in the kit, deep into the anus.
    3. Avoid spicy and junk food.
    4. After wiping, apply ointment Proctol (Cinchocaine) with a finger deep into the anus.
    5. Tablet Signoflam (Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase) one after lunch and one after dinner, for three to five days.
    6. Consult a doctor and take the medicine with their consent.

      Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
