I am suffering from anxiety. I cannot stop crying. What to do?

2. You will find a better one who cares for you and understands your feelings.

3. You must delete his contact details.

4. Do not stalk him on any social media.

5. Discard all the stuff related to his memories.

6. Do not waste your time with someone who does not care about your feelings.

7. You should do exercises daily for 30 to 45 minutes.

8. You should do meditation for 20 minutes daily.

9. Eat healthy home-cooked foods, and avoid junk foods.

10. You must drink enough water.

11. You should spend quality time with friends and family.

12. You should spend time on creative hobbies.

13. You should get enough sleep daily.

14. You must avoid tobacco, alcohol, or any substance abuse.
