Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
There is a problem in speaking and swallowing.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Your chest X-ray shows some changes in the lungs (attachment removed to protect patient identity) and is likely from any old infection like TB if you had it previously. It can also be from smoking if you were smoking for many years. There are certain changes in the brain which are likely seen in the elder age group. However, at 51 years of age, it is less common to see such changes. These changes are not of serious nature but can be the cause of your problems with speech and swallowing. It can be a part of a cognitive and neurodegenerative condition. Your neck spine is showing mild degenerative changes. Please let me know any doubts you have and I will reply in detail.
