Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have a headache, back and right chest pain, nausea, blurred vision, and dizziness. MRI brain suggests an arachnoid cyst (2.2 x 1.6 cm). MRI spine suggests straightening of the cervical spine, scoliosis of the upper dorsal spine, decreased L4-L5 disc space with mild vertebral waist, probably congenital, right posterior lateral osteophytosis at the L4 and L5 level, causing right neural foraminal narrowing.
Please suggest.
Thank you.

Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I have had a headache for around 10 days now. Sometimes I feel dizzy, and my vision becomes blurred. My back is hurting so much, and my right chest is also painful. I feel like my energy is draining.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
Your scan is showing the cervical spine has straightened; it may be due to spasm or cervical spondylosis, which may cause giddiness and vertigo. Right side chest pain, maybe due to scoliosis or radiculopathy.
Take vitamin D 60k once a week for five weeks. Starting physiotherapy and exercise may help. Use Pregabalin 75 mg once a day at night (for radicular pain). If no improvement, please consult a neurosurgeon, who may do a decompression.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
