Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a headache, back and right chest pain, nausea, vision blur, and dizzy.

MRI brain suggest supravermian archanoid cyst (2.2 x 1.6 cm).

MRI spine suggest straightening of the cervical spine, scoliosis of the upper dorsal spine, decreased L4-L5 disc space with mild vertebral waist probably congenital, right posterior lateral osteophytosis at the L4 and L5 level causing right neural foraminal narrowing. Please suggest.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I have a headache for around 10 days now. Sometimes I feel dizzy, and my vision became bad. My back is hurting so much and my right chest is also painful. I feel like my energy is draining.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Your scan is showing the cervical spine has straightened, it may be due to spasm or cervical spondylosis which may cause giddiness and vertigo.

Right side chest pain, maybe due to scoliosis or radiculopathy.

You may use cervical soft color, and cap. Take Vitamin D 60k once a week for five weeks. Start physiotherapy and exercise may help. Use Pregabalin 75 mg once a day at night (in radicular pain). If no improvement please consult a neurosurgeon he may do decompression.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

And what about my headache?

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Use tablet Naprosyn 250 (Naproxen) twice a day for headache for five days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
