Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have long time thyroid issues with persistently high anti-TPO antibodies. I have done a full test panel. Thyroid seems to be in normal range but many other parameters are off the mark. Vitamin A is on the very low end of normal, same with iron. I get ill very frequently and get tired very easily. Numbness, muscular issues also happen sometimes. Kindly advise.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your post. However, your investigations are not uploaded. Anyway, you are suffering from autoimmune thyroiditis and low serum iron which is common in females due to loss during menstruation.

You should start iron supplements, tablet Levogen Z (Ferrous fumerate, Folic acid, etc.) morning and evening and Vitamin D supplements as capsule Lumia 60K (Cholecalciferol) weekly for six weeks.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

Kindly check the attachments and help.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Your folic acid is low and cholesterol is high (attachment removed to protect patient identity). In addition to Vitamin D, you need to start tablet Rosovas (Rosuvastatin) 10 mg bedtime, Levogen prescribed above contains folic acid also and Vitamin D has already mentioned above. Rest of the investigations are either normal or clinically insignificant.
