I am concerned about some lines present on my two fingers as they did not grow out, and also, I have been wearing fake nails for some years. Kindly help.

But, on the other hand, it can be due to some physiological conditions and trauma. In most cases, they are self-limiting conditions and benign, so no biopsy is required.
