Hello

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. Acne Vulgaris is a common skin problem in adolescents and in adulthood. It involves pilosebaceous follicles or oil glands and is therefore seen to involve areas where oil glands are dense like the face, chest, back, and upper arms are common sites of involvement. In your case, it looks like you have developed PIH or post-acne scar. I would suggest you start 0.1 % Adapalene gel at night hour over the whole face for around two to three months. With Adapalene you may develop a little bit of a burning sensation, so you should use it in small quantities. For cleaning your face you can use a soft foam gel face wash. You have to do certain dietary restrictions like not eating oily spicy food, junk food, milk products, and non-vegetarian foods. Have lots of water which will hydrate your skin.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.

Regards.
