Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My husband and I have the same blood group, which is B negative.
Please answer.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your query and understood your concern.
The B blood group is from the ABO blood grouping system; the negative is the Rh blood grouping system. You have a similar blood group, but this will not be a problem. You can get married. I suggest you both get screened for thalassemia minor by the Hb (hemoglobin) electrophoresis HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) method.
I hope this has helped you out.
Thanks and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
