The second scan (attachment removed to ensure privacy) indicates that despite the initial removal of the mass, there is still a residual portion that is exerting pressure on the trigeminal nerve, or the fifth cranial nerve. Consequently, it's necessary to perform a resection of the remaining tumor. However, in the interim, you should initiate medication to alleviate the pressure. I recommend taking tablet Wysolone 40 mg (Prednisolone) once in the morning and syrup Glycerol 15 mL three times daily. It's crucial to consult your surgeon again, have a discussion about these medications, and take them with their approval.
