Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have chest tightness and pressure in the chest, some steep pain in the ribs, and stiffness in the upper back, and sometimes I feel pain in that stiffness. How do I overcome it naturally?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Although we discussed in detail about various steps required to control anxiety and its associated symptoms, it seems from the current post that you are not able to have proper control despite having consistent efforts. At this stage, I will request you consider the following things. Progressive muscle relaxation. Although it is easy to practice under the guidance of a psychologist or a psychiatrist, you can have good mastery over the relaxation process with the use of internet resources. In this, the target muscle is first tensed and then relaxed to understand the effect of relaxing. The same process is applied to another group of muscles. Since there are issues with the neck and chest muscles for you, they can be your target group of muscles. Deep breathing exercises. In this process, start inhaling slowly and then exhale slowly after withholding the breath for a duration of four to six seconds. The use of a heating pad. Here, heat is applied to the sore muscles for some time till you feel comfortable. It is intended to relieve pain without any delay. I hope this helps you further. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
