Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am an 18-year-old female and I have been experiencing episodes where I suddenly feel faint, my breathing becomes shallow, and my heart rate increases. These episodes seem to come out of nowhere and leave me feeling completely drained, almost as if I am on the verge of passing out or dying. I have also been experiencing chest pain. I am concerned about these symptoms. Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I am sorry to hear about your experiences.

To better understand your situation, could you tell me how frequently these episodes have occurred? Have you visited a hospital during any of these incidents for an evaluation? I would suggest you consult a local doctor who can assess your condition thoroughly. Sometimes, stress can contribute to such symptoms, but a proper evaluation is essential to determine the exact cause.

While awaiting your consultation, consider practicing 5-10 minutes of daily breathing exercises and aim to engage in a 30-minute walk each day. Maintaining a balanced diet can also be beneficial.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
