Hello doctor,

I have been experiencing pinpoint chest pain and a sensation like hair pulling for the past four days. Despite undergoing three ECGs, all of which have shown normal results, the sudden pinpoint pain on the left side persists. I have a history of anxiety disorder. My blood pressure is 120 mmHg, and my sugar level is 113 mg/dL. Currently, I take painkillers and antidepressants. Please help.
