Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have acne scars and pores on my cheeks and forehead. I tried various creams but nothing worked for me.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I do understand your concern.

It appears to be comedonal acne with inflammatory papules (acne grade 2). I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.

1. Apply Nadifloxacin (quinoline carboxylic acid) 1 percent cream twice daily for 20 days.

2. Wash your face with a mild face wash for 10 days.

3. Take a tablet of Azithromycin (antibiotic) once in a day after food for 3 days.

4. Do not pop pimples.

5. Avoid exposure to dust or pollutants.

6. Avoid oily, greasy cosmetic products use.

7. Avoid known triggers.

8. Keep a check on the hormonal profile.

9. Gently pat dry after cleansing.

10. Follow a good skincare routine.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.

Thanks and regards.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thanks for replying.

Will it clear my face?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Yes, if you follow a good skincare routine, it will clear your face. Also, increase Vitamin C and Vitamin A-rich foods in your diet.

Hope it helps.

Thanks and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
