Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am suffering from constipation. I cannot get fresh at one time. It may take around 2 or 3 times.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Please follow like this. Increase your fiber intake. Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain bread and cereals. Do exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week. Do not ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed. Do take one laxative at bedtime (Cremaffin Plus) 15 ml with one cup of milk and drink plenty of fluids (greater than 3 liters per day).

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
