Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am experiencing flu-like symptoms such as runny nose, dry, sore throat, sneezing, fatigue, and headache all day. I did an antigen test, and it is negative. Could you please give me a sick note for my job? I will not be able to go from tomorrow. I worked today but was not feeling well.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern. I suggest you consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take the following medicines with their consent. I suggest you take tablet Montelukast 10 mg thrice daily for five days, tablet Amitriptyline Hydrochloride 10 mg thrice daily for five days, tablet Cetirizine Hydrochloride 10 mg thrice daily for five days, tablet Butamirate Citrate 50 mg thrice daily for five days. Gargle with warm salt water 4 to 5 times daily for 10 minutes for ten days. Take Vitamin C-rich foods. Avoid cold foods and water till recovery. Take care and wear a mask. Thank you.
