Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had dark patches and spots on my forehead and face. Also, I had dark circles and wrinkles in the undereye. Kindly suggest some medicine for these, especially free from paraben and steroids and other than laser treatment.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. I would suggest the following. Apply Kojivit plus cream (Kojic acid dipalmitate) at night for 20 days. Apply Vitamin C serum and Glyco 6 (Glycolic acid) cream (mixture in small amount) in the evening for 20 days. Wash your face with a face wash twice a day for 20 days. Apply Photostable sunscreen daily at 9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM for two months. Moisturize skin daily with moisturizer 30 minutes before sunscreen application for two months. Use Kojic soap (Kojic acid) for the bath for one month. Take Tablet Limcee (Vitamin C) 500 mg once daily after breakfast for 30 days. Avoid direct sunlight. Use umbrellas, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, or protective cotton clothing while going out. Eat fruits like avocado, berries, oranges, watermelon, muskmelon, kiwi, pineapple, and sweet lime. Eat fresh vegetables. Drink seven to eight glasses of water daily. Maintain a proper skincare routine. Avoid scratching and rubbing lesions. Apply Ilumax cream (Niacinamide, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, and Benzoic acid) under the eyes for 20 days. Get a sound sleep of seven to eight hours. Reduce screen or television time. Kindly revert for more queries. Thank you.
