Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I feel very tired just waking up in the morning and do not have the energy to do my normal work. Now I am taking Mirnite 15 mg daily. What could be it? Please suggest.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

It seems to be due to the depression and you need to keep taking the medication Mirnite as directed by your physician. Your chemical levels inside the brain are a bit disrupted and as soon as they get back to normal, all will be fine. Keep doing some physical exercises, meditation, deep breathing exercises, relaxation and stretch exercises, yoga, cardio, and aerobics according to your taste. Low energy and low mood are related to depression and will take some time for the brain chemicals to kick back in.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
