Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I broke up with my boyfriend. He ruined both my professional and personal life. Now I can not sleep and eat. I feel like I do not want to live anymore. Please suggest to me what I should do to overcome this.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

You are going through a tough time but this phase will pass. I know it is easier said than done but you have to move on.

Certain things that can help:

  1. Practice relaxation techniques like breath relaxation exercises daily.

  2. Follow a routine and exercise regularly.

  3. Take a balanced diet.

  4. Aerobic exercises for at least half an hour thrice a week has been found to be especially helpful.

  5. Share your feelings with family or close friends as sharing helps a lot.

  6. Focus on your life goals and give at least one hour daily for your hobbies.

Remember every problem has a solution you just need to try solving it and help is just a step away. Feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Thank you for consulting me.
