Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a male weighing 120 lbs. I have bloating and gas almost every day. I am constipated and have anal fissures, which break out every month. I also have diarrhea with mucous and acid reflux after every meal. I eat the same food daily. There is no stomach pain. These problems have been occurring for a year. While growing up, I had a hard time gaining weight. My dad is 6 feet, my mother is 5 feet 7 inches, and I am shorter. I have a hard time digesting food. Currently, I am taking medicine for nausea.

Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to iclinq.com.

My advice:

Consult your specialist doctor, talk to them, and take medications with their consent.

  1. Treatment of anal fissures includes a Sitz bath with KMnO4 (potassium permanganate).
  2. To relieve constipation, I prescribe Cremaffin (Milk of Magnesia and Liquid Paraffin) two teaspoons at night.
  3. Take a tablet of Omeprazole 20 mg empty stomach for acid reflux for ten days.

You should also avoid straining while passing stools. If diarrhea is frequent, get your stool tested in a laboratory.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
