Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Patient is a 53-year-old female. She is finding difficulty in digesting foods. After taking a little food, she feels completely full. Her stomach is tightened after taking the food, and it becomes normal only after some rest.

She is currently on Rabeprazole 20 mg two times a day. It is working but not too effective.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It may be due to acid peptic disease, gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, fatty liver disease, or infections. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done ultrasound abdomen and upper GI (gastrointestinal) endoscopy.

Avoid spicy food and fatty food. Also, avoid lactose and gluten foods.

Use capsule Creon 20000 IU twice daily for one week. If symptoms are not improved, please consult with your physician. He will examine and treat you accordingly.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
