Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been suffering from dizziness, brain pressurization, and loss of balance control for two years. Last year, computed tomography (CT) scan brain was normal. Is it a brain tumor? I am really scared.

Hi,

I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.

I understand your concern and will try to help you with it.

I would like to know some details of your problem:

1. Since when did you start experiencing headaches or brain pressurization?

2. Where do you feel the headache in your head??

3. Does this pressurization happen persistently or episodically? If episodically, how long does each episode of it last (from onset to complete relief without medication)

4. What happens when you experience a loss of balance? Do you fall down? Does it happen while walking, sitting, or lying down?

5. How frequently do these episodes occur?

6. Do you feel any vomiting, feeling of vomiting, redness in the eye, watering from the eye, and nasal congestion during a headache?

7. How is your day going today?

8. How is your sleep?

9. Have you noticed any trigger factors for your headache?

10. Have you ever undergone any investigations for this headache?

11. Are you taking any medications these days also? Which medicines have you taken before, and what were their effects?

The attached computed tomography (CT scan) of the head report is normal (attachment removed to protect the patient’s identity). It is not a brain tumor. But the reason still needs to be sorted.

Thank you.
