Hello doctor,
The webs of my fingers on both hands are dry and itchy. There is also a spot at the back of my neck, oblong in shape that is similarly dry and itchy. They have become reddish from vigorous scratching. The last time I consulted a doctor in January 2020. My follow-up consultation was overtaken by the lockdown. I am a 63-year-old male and hypertensive.
I am taking the following medicine:
Imdur 20 mg two times a day, Therabloc 25 once daily, Norvasc 5 mg once daily, Plavix 75 mg once daily, Lipitor 80 mg half tablet daily, Avodart once daily, Captopril 25 mg once daily, and Cecon 500 mg once daily.

I can understand your concern. According to your statement, you have been suffering from dryness and itching of fingers of both hands.
According to the picture (attachment removed to protect patient identity) that is provided here, you may suffer from contact dermatitis, dyshidrotic eczema, psoriasis, scabies, etc.
You can Vaseline on your affected area to prevent dryness which may help to heal your skin problems.

Well, I am trying to provide you prescription. You can undergo biopsy from skin lesion that will definitely detect the underlying etiology for present sufferings. In the meantime, you can apply medications as follows.
Eczacort (Hydrocortisone) 10 mg cream apply locally on your affected area twice daily. Canesten (Clotrimazole) 10 mg cream. Apply locally on your affected area two to three times daily. Take tablet Allegra (Fexofenadine) 120 mg for 10-14 days.
You can use Vaseline to prevent dryness along with the above mentioned medications.
