Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I request you to help me as I had some filling in my front teeth which were fine. A week later I had a broken tooth removed and ended up with a dry socket, two courses of antibiotics later and the pain had gone past a couple of days. I woke up today with pain and my front teeth are in agony but the pain feels more at the roof of my mouth. It is a throbbing pain and goes up behind my nose and into my head. I am in agony and feeling miserable. When I put pressure on certain areas on the roof of my mouth it starts to throb again. At my wit's end.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

I suggest you do not worry and just visit a dentist and get an X-ray done for the tooth. It is needed to be removed if present there. For throbbing just rinse your mouth with salt water and turmeric mixture twice a day. Do not touch the place. Do not bite hard and maintain oral hygiene properly and use mouthwash after brushing twice a day.

Wish you good health. Keep me updated with the improvements.

Regards
