It feels like numbness in the vaginal wall; he even gets hurt when we are having intercourse and feels dry, he says. No infection due to recent tests. Not less libido because I think the sexual desire for him, and I feel him more when he is on top of me, touching my clitoris from outside. I can have my orgasm by just him touching me. But no orgasm when he is inside. It is embarrassing because I have to fake it sometimes, but he feels it is not real.

As tests are negative for infection. It seems to be due to dryness and minor ulcers due to a deficiency of vitamins and minerals. Use some lubrication or other jelly. Spend more time in foreplay to get wet.
I suggest,
1. Tablet Folvite (Folic acid) one per day for three weeks.
2. Tablet Revital women (vitamin and mineral supplements) one per day for three weeks.
Follow up after seven days.
