Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query. I am very sorry for your discomfort. However, as a specialist, I am here to help you.

Ear pain can be due to an ear infection, or the pain might radiate from the tooth and reach the ear region, making it difficult to diagnose. So, kindly upload an image of your teeth showing the upper and lower jaw of the right side to eliminate any carious tooth or infection or third molar infection or impaction. Image of your teeth (right side upper & lower ) is very important to rule out the cause of your pain. Management follows accordingly.

I would suggest:

1) Tablet Amoxyclav 625 mg (Amoxicillin 500 mg and Clavulanic acid 125 mg) one tablet twice daily for five days.

2) Tablet Ibuprofen one tablet twice daily for five days.

3) Capsule Omeprazole one tablet twice daily before meal for five days.

4) Betadine (Povidone-iodine 2%) mouthwash, gargle in lukewarm water two to three times a day.

5) Avoid sticky or sweet food as much as possible.

6) Brush twice daily. Avoid applying external heat in any kind.

If I do not find any issue in the picture, it might be due to an ear infection. Medications will be the same but need different management. So kindly do not delay. I hope it was helpful. Let me know if you have any further queries. I am here to help you.

Regards.
