Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 35-year-old male weighing 143 pounds. I have been facing issues with my sexual life for the last year. After having one round of sex, I am taking too much time for the next round. Even if I want to have sex, it takes long, and it takes seven hours at least. While having sex, I get tired in between, due to which I lose my erection. I am getting out of breath easily and ejaculating within two minutes. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern about your symptoms.

There are many reasons for premature ejaculation, like stressful work that involves night duties and twenty-four-hour jobs. Diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid issues have an effect on premature ejaculation. Keeping your blood sugar, blood pressure, and thyroid hormones under control will help you. Long-term medication related to hypertension and antipsychotic medications can also contribute to this condition. Other causes include:

  • Frequent masturbation or prone masturbation.
  • Excess porn.
  • Receiving less foreplay from a partner or lack of knowledge regarding foreplay and female masturbation.
  • Having an affair gives you a guilty feeling.
  • Lack of exercise and obesity.

I suggest you check FBS (fasting blood sugar) or PPBS (postprandial blood sugar) to rule out diabetes. Check your Blood pressure and free T3, T4, and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) to rule out thyroid issues. You can use tablets containing Dapoxetine as a temporary solution.

Natural method to increase the foreplay duration:

1. During sex, women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay, and men should receive ten to fifteen minutes of foreplay for a good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection.

2. Foreplay should be relaxed. Your partner should learn to give foreplay in a way you do not ejaculate and enjoy. You can try relaxing music.

3. Delayed condoms can help you. Inserting the penis into the vagina is not everything in sex.

4. Sex is not a race, and duration does not mean your partner is happy. Love your partner, learn about female masturbation, and give your partner an orgasm or climax.

Regarding tiredness, you need to plan for exercise to increase stamina, or it can be due to vitamin deficiency. The second time sex is called recoil time. You can reduce the recoil time by exercising and increasing stamina.

I hope this helps.

Hi doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

What are the reasons for losing erections between sexual activity, and how to decrease recoil time?

Hi,
