Hello doctor,
Yesterday, when I wiped after urinating, I saw some fleshy bit on the tissue paper. I am unsure where this came out of, as it was just on the toilet paper when I wiped. There was also a piece in the toilet. When I wiped the front it was there, so it is most probably not from the rectum. I did not defecate in this instance, so it had to come from urethra or vagina. I had an endometrial ablation and tubal ligation 11 months ago. I had back pain for a day preceding this incident. I also have headaches and nausea from two weeks. I had a yeast infection five days back.

It might probably be the remains of the removed tissue at the time of ablation. It would be remaining inside since your uterine ablation. It did not come out that time. I think there is no need to worry. To be sure, you can do an ultrasound of the pelvis.

Can it be tissue remains even after 11 months? I still have normal periods. The mass had a long vein on it as well.

Yes, it is possible after such a long time. After ablation, the tissue may take long for desiccation and come out of the uterus. The uterus might have tried to push it out, that is the reason you had back pain. I would advise you to do an ultrasound of the pelvis.
