Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Erectile dysfunction is primarily due to anxiety. Choose an appropriate place for sex with no disturbance. Make sure you and your partner are fully naked before sex. The room should not be very cold, it will shrink the penis. Always have very dim light so you can only see the shape of your partner. Admire your partner during sex. Give your partner an orgasm (read about female orgasm) before asking for foreplay from your partner. You should receive at least 15 minutes of foreplay from your partner. During foreplay, your partner should always hold your penis stroke like masturbation but languid strokes should continue until you insert it into the vagina. Most men do not prefer to talk during sex because of concentration issues. Subconscious words like love you, and sexy can be there, but strictly no complicated words or math. Always start with a machinery position. It is good post-child birth, try a scissor or doggy position. You can follow these exercises by watching on the internet:

  • Kegel.

  • Glute bridge.

  • Reclined butterfly pose.

  • Lying leg raise.

  • Plank.

  • Push-up.

  • Hip flexor lunge.

  • Swimming.

  • Running or fast walking for five minutes.

  • Yoga.

Food to consume:

  • Strawberry.

  • Apple.

  • Avocado.

  • Sweet potato.

  • Sesame seed.

  • Almonds.

  • Garlic.

  • Little chocolate.

Yes, you can use the above medicines.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
