Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 23 years old and had a sexual experience in which I could not maintain an erection. I am facing erectile dysfunction problems transiently, and sometimes I also face pain in the groin region on the left side. My blood sugar and other microbiological culture are normal.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The cause of your erectile dysfunction (ED) needs to be found. In 70 to 80 % of cases, some cause can be found. For now, I suggest you can start on micronutrient treatment like tab V Total (Multivitamin), one tablet a day for three months, which helps to improve erection. Ideally, you need to visit a urologist and get a physical examination. Then, other tests like serum testosterone, lipid, and thyroid profile can be assessed, which will help to find the cause of your ED. After that, a doppler of the penis is needed to check the blood supply to the penile area.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

I have already visited the urologist, and the tests are all normal.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Then start on micronutrient treatment, and get a doppler penis if the problem persists.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
