Patient's Query
Thank you doctor,
Always, I am very stressed about my job and parents health issues. Before my marriage, I used to masturbate every day and my penis was strong and had nightfalls. Morning erection was not happening every day. Weekly one or two days only morning erection happened. I do not have any desire for sex. I do not have any other medical problem. Please help me.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I have checked the attached photos thoroughly (attachment removed to protect patient identity). All laboratory values are within normal. From what you mentioned, you have psychological erectile dysfunction which means that you do not have an organic disease. It is all due to stress and anxiety. I highly recommend psychologist counseling and try to avoid stress. A cooperative wife will be helpful for you and I suggest that you discuss the issue with her. You can take Viagra (Sildenafil) 50 mg tablet once 30 minutes before intercourse. Please if you have any heart condition or take any other medications, let me know.
