Hi,

Welcome to icliniq, and thank you for choosing us as your provider for health care.

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.

According to your complaints, you may be suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED).

Reasons for erectile dysfunction include:

  1. Stress related to work or family, night duties - consider regular exercise and yoga.
  2. Depression.
  3. Varicocele – ultrasound of the scrotum can help diagnose.
  4. Fear of failure - experiencing ED once may lead to concerns about future occurrences.
  5. Low self-esteem (chronic masturbation).
  6. Homosexuality – not being attracted to the same sex.
  7. Religious constraints.
  8. Smoking and alcohol consumption.
  9. Long-term illness – such as cardiac disease, thyroid disease, kidney disease, or any other condition requiring long-term medication.
  10. Simple vitamin deficiency – you can consider using Zincovit (multi-vitamin and multi-mineral supplement) and Shelcal (calcium and vitamin D3) tablets.
  11. Negative attitude towards your partner.
  12. Hormonal issues – such as thyroid issues, low testosterone, or increased prolactin levels.
  13. Long-term drug usage.
  14. Diabetes and hypertension.

You need to undergo Doppler penis, USG (ultrasound) pelvis, and scrotum, blood pressure, RBS (random blood sugar), free triiodothyronine (T3), and thyroxine (T4), testosterone, TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) tests. Share more details regarding the above reasons, and we can work on diagnosis and treatment.

Here are my suggestions:

  1. You need to plan for regular exercise and a proper diet.
  2. List of exercises: basic exercises like Kegels, squats, yoga, running, or fast walking for five minutes.
  3. Missionary sex position: Planks, push-ups, mountain climbers, glute bridges.
  4. Standing sex position: Bicep curls, pull-ups, jump squats.
  5. Doggy style: Jump squats, walking lunge. Cowgirl or the girl on the top move: Glute bridges, leg raises.
  6. Foods: Strawberries, apples, avocados, sweet potatoes, sesame seeds, almonds, garlic, and a little chocolate.

For a temporary solution, I suggest you use the tablet Mildfil (Tadalafil) 5 mg twice a day.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.

Thank you.
