Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I was married a few months ago. This is my second marriage. The earlier one failed because I was unable to achieve penetration and ejaculation, which made my partner think that I was impotent. However, I had been regularly masturbating for about nine years (once a day) while watching pornography, so with a real partner, I could not achieve a sufficient erection for penetration.
In my second marriage, I also faced a similar problem. One doctor advised that it would become normal with continued attempts. Another advised taking Tadacil tablets, while another recommended Absolut 3G and advised not to use tablets like Tadacil due to the risk of dependence. I started taking Absolut 3G once daily in the morning and reduced masturbation with pornography.
Since the beginning of last month, I have been able to achieve successful penetration, but ejaculation has not occurred. After continued attempts for the past two weeks, I have been able to achieve ejaculation as well. Since achieving successful penetration, I stopped taking Absolut 3G because I forgot to continue it, but I have been consuming almonds and seedless dates daily.
Our sexual activity has been minimal, with a one-day gap, as my partner prefers. In between, once or twice a week, I have also masturbated. However, last weekend on both days, I was unable to achieve penetration. Yesterday was successful, with both penetration and ejaculation, but today I was unable to perform again. Kindly advise on how to restore my libido.
Can I take Absolut 3G one tablet in the morning and at night along with almonds and dates?
Also, does masturbation contribute to this problem?
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understood your concern.
First of all, I would like to inform you that masturbation is not the main issue for your erection difficulties, but the guilt associated with it is the real problem. Excessive negative thinking about masturbation and its effects can lead to such difficulties, and you are advised to avoid such thoughts for a better sexual life.
Secondly, regarding the multivitamin and multimineral supplement that you are taking, the recommended dose is once a day, and taking it twice a day is not advised. The reason behind this dosing lies in the chemical composition of the multivitamin and multimineral supplement that you are taking and the body’s daily requirement of various nutrients.
Thirdly, I would like to emphasize increasing the use of garlic in your diet, as it may help improve circulation and support better erections. The recommended intake is 10 to 15 grams of garlic per day. It can be taken in various forms, including raw, roasted, or as part of your daily diet.
Please stay relaxed and patient, as improvement takes time and consistency in both physical and mental aspects.
I hope you are satisfied with my answer. For further queries, you can consult me at iCliniq.
Thank you.
