Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 21 years old, and I weigh 133 kg, and my height is 6 feet 5 inches. I am not able to have a firm erection. I am using Viagra 100 mg to overcome this issue, which helps me have sex three times a day. Before two years, when I was 100 kg and not overweight, I used to have sex four to six times without any viagra with strong erections. Do I have ED, or is it my psychological problem? How do I fix this? I do have morning woods sometimes in the morning, not every day. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

At your age, the issue is mostly psychosexual. Your weight is one issue. Your blood reports are showing low levels of vitamin D and B12, as well as a slightly deranged lipid profile.

So all you need to do as of now is to make lifestyle changes. Exercise regularly, take a balanced diet, avoid junk food, and cut on caffeine and sweets. Abstain from any substance use. Take plenty of fluids. Also, take Vitamin B12 and Vit D supplements. Stress management is also essential. Avoid using Viagra (Sildenafil) more than once a week.

I hope this helps. Revert if you have any further queries.
