Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 22 years old, my height is 5.1 feet, and my weight is about 92 to 94 lbs. I have had palmer erythema last three months. I mean, my palm becomes red but not burning sensation and itching. I also see green veins through my palms, thighs, and feet. I have had some mucus in the throat for two months due to a postnasal drip. Is it normal? What can I do now? I also had viral infections twice last year. I had developed palmar erythema three months after the last viral infection. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. Veins on the palm are normal (attachment removed to protect the patient’s identity). For mucus in the throat, I suggest the following:

1) Take steam inhalation three times a day.

2) Gargle with salt and turmeric powder in lukewarm water three times daily.

3) Take tulsi and ginger juice with honey three times a day for a few days.

The redness on the palm is due to a deficiency of vitamins and minerals. I also suggest,

1) Take good nutritious foods.

2) Take vitamin C-rich fruits like amla, orange, etc.

3) Tablet Limcee (vitamin C), one tablet twice a day.

4) Tablet Bandy plus (Albendazole and Ivermectin) one tablet, single dose only.

5) Tablet Levocet (Levocetirizine) 10 mg one tablet daily for five days.

Kindly me the follow-up after three days.

I hope you get well soon.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
