Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a fever and cough with sputum. My left ear seems to be low on hearing. I also have pain in my left ear and hear a constant noise inside. Please help. Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It appears like you are having a throat infection that gradually spreads into the ear. You need a course of antibiotics, decongestants, and nasal sprays. I am suggesting some medicines. Consult your specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent. 1. Tablet Clarithromycin 250 mg twice daily before meals for five days. 2. Tablet Chymoral forte (Trypsin and Chymotrypsin) twice daily before meals for five days. 3. Tablet Recofast plus (Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine, and Triprolidine) twice daily after meals for five days. 4. Tablet Ambroxol 30 mg thrice daily with meals for five days. 5. Xylometazoline nasal spray two puffs twice daily in each nasal cavity for five days. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
