Hi doctor,
I feel itchy and a cut sensation in the corner of the eye and top of the eye lid. My eye lid looks crumbled in the morning. There is also some cut lines on the upper part of the nose and top of eye lid. I am suffering with this over last two days. But, I do not have any vision problem. I am attaching a picture for your reference. Please advice.

I have gone through the photo (attachment removed to protect patient identity). It looks like traumatic skin abrasions most likely nails, which do happen unknowingly when you are asleep. Just apply antibiotic ointment and clean with Dettol to prevent secondary infections and itchiness of eyes. You will be fine in three to four days. I hope I have addressed your concerns.
