Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I just read your query. I can understand your concern.

It is looking like a fungal infection.

If a fungal infection returns, it can be very serious.

First of all, please keep these precautions in mind:

1. Do not keep the area wet at all. Use powder frequently to keep it dry.

2. Avoid itching and do not scratch it.

3. Change the undergarments daily.

4. Do not apply general or steroid cream.

5. Do not stop the medicine once you are cured. Continue medicine for a long time to completely kill the fungus.

6. Avoid excessive sweating and wearing wet clothes.

7. Check diabetes and thyroid, as it is recurrent even after proper treatment.

For treatment, I suggest the following:

1. Cream Ketoconazole once or twice a day and take tablet Terbinafine 250 mg for two months once a day.

2. Cream Terbinafine once or twice a day and tablet Fluconazole 150 mg twice a week for two months.

3 Capsule Itraconazole 200 mg once a day.

You can also try any of these treatment:

I suggest you take a tablet of Levocetirizine 10 mg twice a day in case of itching.

I hope I have answered your questions.

Thank you.

Regards.
