I had been experimenting with anal play. I am experiencing throbbing pain in that area after that. The doctor suggested it to be a spasm. I also had a sore throat and cough. I am also suffering from diarrhea. What to do?

Now, the treatment would be an antibiotic like Ofloxacin and Ornidazole along with a combination of Pantoprazole (antacid) and Domperidone (antiemetic).

These are not the symptoms of micro-perforation. I do not recommend an early intervention. I suggest you visit a gastroenterologist. I would like to know if you have any blood in your stools. Is the frequency of loose stools the same as it was on day 1 or is it reducing?
