Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

How far back should the foreskin go? When my penis is erect, it goes back to just below the head but no further down. I underwent a frenuloplasty to fix my tight frenulum. I am concerned that it is still not enough.

Hi,

I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.

I understand your concern and will try to help you with it.

This is a question for an operating urologist, not a conservatively treating andrologist. So please ask such a colleague. Most important: if you do not have symptoms or difficulties, all should be fine.

Thank you.

I appreciate your trust in icliniq.com and for giving me the chance to serve you.

Our goal is to prioritize your health and help you according to your preferences and needs.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

I had another query as well. Is it common for people not to get hard while having sex for the first time? I feel like my confidence has gone down severely after I tried to hook up with somebody I had met online and could not get it up. Is too much porn consumption the reason? Is it going to affect me further down the road? I can get hard just fine while trying to masturbate. However, I have seen in recent times that whenever I masturbate without porn, I have healthier erections. What can be the reason?

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I do understand your concern.

What you describe is the consequence of a long-term masturbation habit. Against all the public opinions out there, masturbation was, has been, and will always be an unhealthy act that damages the neurological signaling cascade. So, this means no more masturbation for you, young man. And no porn as well. You might want to search online for porn addiction recovery websites. That is a huge international movement for men who want to get rid of this disease (masturbation). I can also prescribe you medication, but that would impact your overall ability to want and have sex. Therefore, I recommend trying the porn addiction recovery website first.

Once more, thank you for allowing us to be of service to you.

We value the high level of confidence you have in us!

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
