Hello doctor,
I have been facing hair fall for the past three months. Around 200 strands of hair falls out daily, and my hair is becoming thin. Can you please suggest the right solution?

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
First you need to understand hair fall once started, may take six months to one year for recovery. So be patient and stay relaxed, as stress may aggravate it. Improve your diet and include milk, egg and protein. Consult your specialist doctor, talk to them, and take medications with their consent. Take a capsules Perfectil Plus (multivitamin) for three months atleast.
