How can I manage asymptomatic tiny holes in my palm?

I started to have tiny holes in my palm a few months ago. They do not hurt and are symptomless. And also, they do not spread anywhere.

Thanks for the reply.
No contact with any chemical irritant. I do not have any allergies. My skin is not usually dry. They are not very itchy or burning.

I understand your concern.
It is allergic dermatitis (hand eczema). I suggest you apply Tenovate cream (Clobetasol) at night for 15 days, Venusia Max (butter of Shea, Aloe, Cocoa, and Mango) moisturizer twice to thrice daily for 15 days, and T-Bact ointment (Mupirocin) at daytime for 15 days.
Kindly avoid scratching and rubbing lesions, moisturize the area regularly, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, friction, injury to hands, allergens, or irritant products.
