Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 18 years old, and my problem is that when I deep breathe, I feel a little pressure and ache on the right top of my head. And occasionally earache. I currently take classes online and spend eight hours daily in front of the screen. In the past, I went to bed around 11 pm and woke up at 6 am. Please explain the issue to me.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Due to that much screen time, you get fatigued, which results in the pain you notice in the head and ear. Sometimes it also happens around the neck.

No need to worry. Please follow the recommendations below.

1. Increase your sleep time to more than eight hours if you can sleep at 10 pm, it is best.

2. Whenever you get time between or after a single class, try to walk around the house.

3. When you sleep, try to have a milk-based drink (two tablespoons of honey in milk is best) or you can have a rose milkshake.

4. If you use it hand-free, kindly do not continuously use it.

5. Add fruits to your diet, like grapes, apples, and peaches.

6. Do not eat spicy food or any spicy snacks.

I hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards.
