Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My 72-year-old father recently experienced breathing problems, so we took him to the doctor. The doctor indicated that his cholesterol levels are high and advised him to start medication. After a month, he underwent angiography, and the reports showed some blockages in his arteries. He had a minor heart attack 20 years ago and has a history of hypertension. I would like to know about the treatment options. I am attaching his ECG, blood test, and angiography reports.
Please advise.

You need to upload the final angiography report, which should detail the affected vessels and the percentage of blockages. He will most likely require either angioplasty or bypass surgery, so please follow up with the reports.
In the meantime, I suggest the following:
I hope this information helps, and please get back to me with the report.
Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
