Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

A person's height depends upon diet, genetics (means height in your family), nutrition, and exercise. Growth plates are present in bones responsible for height, and these growth plates keep closing as age progresses. In girls, their closure occurs at age 12 to 16 years, while in boys, they close at almost 14 to 19 years.

At your age, there are few chances to increase your height, which may increase if you give more attention to your nutrition and exercise. But still, chances are little.

In yoga, asana (posture of exercise) claims to increase height, while in endocrinology, height may increase by hormonal therapy, but it has its own side effects.

So, in my opinion, you should consult a yoga specialist or endocrinologist to select a better option after knowing all the pros and cons of related therapy.
