Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 31-year-old female, and I am unmarried. I suffer from panic, increased prolactin hormone, and PCOS. I am getting myself treated by many doctors. Still, I did not recover, and I often had keen sexual desire, which increased my anxiety. So are all my symptoms due to having no sex in my life? I am suffering from anxiety, panic, and hormone imbalance. I feel a desire for sex, and I masturbate. After that, all problems increase too much. Are my all problem due to having no sex in my life? Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your problem. All these hormonal imbalances cause fluctuations in sexual desire and mood.

I would suggest you follow the following, which will help in recovery.

1. Eat a healthy, nutritious diet, and focus on reducing weight; weight reduction will improve your hormones and mood.

2. Socialise and make friends; socialization has a very positive impact on health.

3. Follow a schedule.

4. Keep yourself busy with productive things, which gives you satisfaction.

5. if possible, practice yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercises.

Regarding marriage, do not think so much about the future. Make your present better first. The future will automatically be better.

Thank you.
