Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am attaching my report here. Please let me know about the dose need to take. I am on Levothyroxine sodium 100 mcg. I was taking Thyroxine sodium 125 mcg in the past.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

It appears that you have hypothyroidism and you take Levothyroxine 100 mcg daily. Well, you must continue it on the same dose as now as your TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) is not that high. There is no need for an increase in the dose of Levothyroxine. Try to take it early in the morning on waking up and eat your breakfast after one hour of taking Levothyroxine.

I hope this helps. Feel free to contact me if you have any further queries.

Thank you.
