If you get a proper menstrual period which lasts for the usual three to four days the very day after you have had intercourse, then no, you need not take the i-pill. But make sure it is your expected period and not random bleeding or spotting which some girls have due to intercourse.

As I have said if the bleeding is moderately heavy or like your usual period and you are sure it is a period, even if it has come two days early, you do not have to take the pill. If you suspect it does not look like your normal period but only scanty bleeding or spotting, take the pill if you are afraid. But the pill will upset your whole cycle.
