Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a weak immune system. Should I consult a rheumatologist, an endocrinologist, or an oncologist?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

I went through the images you attached (the attachments have been removed to protect the patient's identity). Everything seems to be normal.

However, I have a few questions,

1. What are the signs and symptoms for which you did blood investigations?

2. Do you suffer from any joint pain, muscle pain, or bone pain?

I hope this has helped you.

Kindly follow up with the answers.

Thanks and regards.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

I forgot to attach one photo. I am suffering from hip pain that usually occurs in episodes for many years. For the last few weeks, my right wrist is paining. I have poor immunity. If I lack sleep, I quickly fall sick and often feel very tired. I also have blushing on my cheeks very often.

Please help me.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

According to your medical history, I think you suffer from an autoimmune disorder, low-grade SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus). The condition is low-grade with mild symptoms.

I suggest you the following instructions mentioned below,

1. Take an anti-inflammatory tablet along with an immunosuppressive agent.

2. Take ANA (antinuclear antibody) test because it is positive in a very low titer.

3. Take supplements containing calcium, zinc, phosphate, vitamin D, vitamin B12, Folic Acid, and pyridoxine. And also take iron pills.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them and take the medications with their consent.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
